How to configure a SIEMENS SE567 to function with the Grandstream

To configure your router to function with the Grandstream, please follow these instructions.

For the first step in this process, we will need to find out the current IP Address being assigned to your Grandstream by your router.  Please refer to How to Receive the IP Address on a Grandstream for information.

Now, connect your computer directly to your router, and open up a web browser and navigate to http://192.168.1.254 and login to the router.

 - You should see the following screen:

If not, there should be a link that reads "Login" to the top right. Click that and you should see the above screen.

Login to the router as the administrator.
-The default login information is as follows:
      - Please choose your role: admin
      - Please enter your password: telus

Click the Advanced Settings button near the top of the page.

Now click the Internet link near the left of the page.

Click on Firewall.

Click on Exposed Host.

Click the THIRD radio button from the top, and then select the Grandstream's IP address (that you got earlier) from the dropdown menu.

Now click the radio button directly below the DMZ host that reads "Make Settings Permanent".

Once that is done, click "Apply" at the bottom right.

You will need to reboot the Grandstream device for this to take effect. Simply remove the power cord from the back of the Grandstream, wait 20 seconds, and put it back in. After 5-10 minutes the Grandstream should be registered and online.

If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
