How to Transfer a call from Port 1 to Port 2 on your phone.


For Capricorn Accounts:

To transfer a call that is in progress from phone port 1 on your Phone Power device to Phone Port 2, please do the following.

  - Put caller on phone 1 on hold, and dial your own number.
  - Pick the call up on phone 2.
  - Press flash to join the calls.
  - Hang up phone 1.
  - Caller from phone 1 will now be on phone 2.

Note,
  - This will work the other direction as well, from port 2 to port 1.
