How to Set up the Service with a Cable Internet Connection.


If you have internet service that is provided by a cable company, please follow the Basic Setup Instructions to assist you.


If you have the ethernet cables connected in the proper order and can not dial out, enable the remote access on the Grandstream.   This will sometimes assist with the getting the device to register for the first time.  Please refer to Enabling WAN port web access on the Grandstream for more information.
