What can I do if the mute button is blinking red when I power it on?


If the Mute button is blinking , it means the ethernet cable is not attached properly or it is unplugged.  Make sure the ethernet cable is properly attached to the WAN port of the SPA 942 and the other end to either a router, switch or network.
