How to enable International Dialing

 

How to enable International Dialing


International Dialing is enabled by default.

To add enable or disable International Dialing, please go to My Account and log in with your Username and Password.



On the Account Home page, click on Click Here link.



Once clicked, the following pop up will be displayed.



*** Note ***
     - If the check box has a check mark, then the feature is enabled and you will be able to call to International phone numbers.

Click on the check box to either enable or disable the feature.

Click on Save to save the changes.

You will be brought back to the My Account home page and a message in Green will be displayed to notify you that the changes were made to the dialing options for the phone number selected.
