Does your system support faxing?


Sending and receiving faxes with fax machines works for the vast majority of our customers. However, we can not say we are "fax compliant" or that faxing works 100% of the time.  Due to the inability of troubleshooting the fax signal over the VOIP service, Phone Power does not offer faxing as a feature and is therefore not supported. 

Phone Power can provide you with a couple of options to hopefully resolve a faxing issue.
   - The two recommended settings for faxing are:
          - Set your fax machine speed to 9600 baud.
          - If your machine has an Error Correction Mode (ECM), turn it off.
