Using the Anonymous Call Blocking Feature
Using the Anonymous Call Blocking Feature
Anonymous Call Blocking is used to block any phone number that shows up on caller ID as either 'Anonymous', 'Unknown', 'Unavailable' or 'Restricted' as the phone number.
To add enable or disable
Anonymous Call Blocking
, please go to
My Account
and log in with your Username and Password.
On the Account Home page, click on '
Click Here
' link.
Once clicked, the following pop up will be displayed.
*** Important Note ***
- If the check box has a check mark, then the feature is enabled and Anonymous calls will ring the Phone Power Phone.
Click on the check box to either enable or disable the feature.
Click on
Save
to save the changes.
You will be brought back to the My Account home page and a message in
Green
will be displayed to notify you that the changes were made to the dialing options for the phone number selected.
