Similar to Click2Call, the user enters both numbers inside the My Account portal and clicks "Call". Both numbers are dialed and the call is connected.

Click2Call calls are always two physical calls, one to the source number and one to the destination number. Both of these calls are evaluated for billing and accounting purposes separately.
